Many of us are familiar with the book "Who Moved My Cheese? An Amazing Way to Deal with Change in Your Work and in Your Life," by Dr. Spencer Johnson. A No. 1 best seller with over 30 million copies sold worldwide and translated into 37 languages, it remains one of the best-selling business books. In this story, four characters live in a maze: two mice, named Sniff and Scurry, and two little people, named Hem and Haw. As they travel the maze looking for cheese, it becomes clear that their journey isn't just to find food — it's a quest to better understand human nature.

The point of the webinar "Who Moved The Cheese?...My Cheese Workbook" is designed to help you understand and adapt to change by learning from some of the key lessons in the book. Registered attendees will discuss through Q&A and start writing about their own journal reactions to change at work and in life and in their personal Cheese Workbook.

Cheese is a metaphor for whatever nourishes us, whether its a good job, a loving relationship, or peace of mind. The "maze" represents where you spend time looking for what you want. Workbook is our metaphor for working through our experiences from the discussion pertaining to change.

"Change is the law of life, and those who look only to the past and present are certain to miss the future."
